Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using the service, together with the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Yeowubie Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and members, in relation to DUHOCD.com (the "Service"), a Korea study-abroad information and community platform operated by the Company.

Article 2. Definitions

"Service" means the DUHOCD.com website and all related services provided by the Company, including study-abroad information, the community, study-abroad products, and consultation requests.

"Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and registered an account. Members fall into two categories: "Student Members", individuals interested in studying in Korea, and "Agency Members", organizations or individuals providing study-abroad consulting services.

"Posts" means any content a member uploads to the Service, such as articles, comments, and images. "Study-abroad products" means programs or service packages listed by Agency Members. "Consultation request" means the submission of a Student Member's information in order to be connected with an agency.

Article 3. Effect and Amendment of the Terms

These Terms take effect for all members once posted on the Service.

The Company may amend these Terms within the limits permitted by applicable law. When amending, the Company will announce the changes and their effective date on the Service at least 7 days in advance, and at least 30 days in advance for changes unfavorable to members.

A member who continues to use the Service after the effective date is deemed to have accepted the amended Terms. Members who do not agree may stop using the Service and close their account.

Article 4. Membership Registration

A service agreement is formed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, submits the information required by the Company, and the Company accepts the application.

Student Members may register with an email address or a social account. Agency Members register through a separate process, and the Company may request documents proving lawful business activity. The Company may refuse or revoke acceptance if the information provided is untrue.

The Company may refuse an application in the following cases: use of false information or another person's information, a previous account termination for violating these Terms, or other cases where acceptance would significantly interfere with the operation of the Service.

Article 5. Obligations of the Company

The Company strives to provide the Service in a stable and continuous manner and to repair any failures without delay, except where prevented by unavoidable circumstances.

The Company protects members' personal information in accordance with applicable law and the Service's Privacy Policy.

The Company handles legitimate opinions and complaints from members and notifies them of the outcome through the Service or by email.

Article 6. Obligations of Members

Members must provide truthful information when registering and keep it up to date when changes occur.

Members must not: misuse another person's information; post content that infringes third-party rights or violates law or public order; interfere with the operation of the Service; collect other members' personal information; or use the Service for commercial purposes without the Company's prior approval.

Members are responsible for managing their own account and password, and may not transfer or lend their account to anyone else.

Article 7. Provision, Change, and Suspension of the Service

In principle, the Service is available 24 hours a day, year round. However, the Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service for maintenance, equipment replacement, system failure, or other significant operational or technical reasons.

The Company may change or discontinue all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons, and will give prior notice on the Service for significant changes.

For services provided free of charge, the Company is not liable for damages arising from changes or suspension, unless caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 8. Rights in and Management of Posts

Copyright in a post belongs to the member who created it. By posting, the member grants the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, reproduce, and feature the post to the extent necessary for operating and promoting the Service.

The Company may hide or delete, without prior notice, posts that: violate the law; insult or defame others; contain obscene or violent content; constitute unapproved advertising or spam; infringe intellectual property rights; or conflict with the purpose of the Service.

Members bear legal responsibility for their own posts. Upon a legitimate request from a person claiming infringement of their rights, the Company may temporarily block the post concerned in accordance with its handling procedure.

Article 9. Social Login and Account Management

Members may register and sign in with a Google, Facebook, or Zalo account. In that case, the Service receives part of the member's profile information from the provider, within the scope the member has consented to.

Managing the underlying social account is the member's own responsibility and is governed by each provider's terms. If the social account is suspended or deleted, signing in to the Service may be restricted.

If a member discovers unauthorized use of their account, they must notify the Company immediately, and the Company may temporarily lock the account to protect the member.

Article 10. Special Provisions for Agency Members

Agency Members are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the study-abroad products, costs, scholarship information, and promotional content they publish.

Consultations and study-abroad contracts between Student Members and Agency Members are direct relationships between those parties. The Company is not a party to such transactions and does not guarantee their content or performance.

Agency Members must process students' personal information received through consultation requests solely for consultation purposes and in accordance with data protection law, and may not use it for any other purpose.

Article 11. Protection of Personal Information

The Company collects and processes only the minimum personal information necessary to provide the Service, in accordance with applicable law.

Details of how personal information is processed are set out in the Privacy Policy published on the Service.

Article 12. Restriction of Use and Termination

If a member violates these Terms or disrupts the normal operation of the Service, the Company may apply, in stages: a warning, suspension of use, or termination of the service agreement.

Members may close their account at any time through the account settings page or by contacting duhocd@yeowubie.com, and the Company will process the request accordingly.

After termination, personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Posts shared publicly may remain unless the member deletes them beforehand or requests their deletion.

Article 13. Disclaimer

The Company is an intermediary platform that provides information and connections. The Company is not a party to any study-abroad or consulting contract concluded between members, and is not liable for damages arising from transactions between members unless caused by the Company's own fault.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information or posts published by members. Decisions based on such information are the member's own responsibility.

The Company is exempt from liability when it cannot provide the Service due to natural disaster, war, telecommunications failure, or comparable force majeure events.

Article 14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
